1 How To Assemble

  • Material Rack
    • Install the material rack and material barrel carefully.
    • Secure the installed material rack component holes with the locking positions to the immediate right of the gantry frame.
  • Gantry Frame
    • Use M4x8 screws to secure the screw holes on the left, right, and bottom of the base.
  • Pull Rod
    • To lock the holes on top of the gantry and on the base, use M4x10 screws.
  • Touch Screen
    • Connect the touchscreen to the base screen with the flexible flat cable.
    • Latch the buckle on the back of the touch screen into the slots on the base.
  • Equipment Wiring
    • Clip the wire and connect the filament runout sensor line.
    • Connect the extruder kit and install the extruder cable.
    • Connect with the X&Z-axis motor and the limit switch cable.
    • Select the correct voltage mode.

2 How To Maintenance

  • Once printing is finished, wait for the platform plate to cool and remove the printing platform.
  • Bend the platform slightly with both hands to separate the model from the platform.
  • Clean the residual filaments on the platform plate.
  • Apply solid adhesive on the surface of the platform plate.
  • Lubricating grease is applied for regular maintenance of the optical axis area.
